Roles & Responsibilities
:
- Training and development of operators to ensure proper execution of the defined processes.
- Assist with the management and planning of production/workload in accordance with business priorities.
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing prosses to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
- Have good knowledge of appropriate cutting data for machining a variety of materials.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/ “O” Level, Higher secondary/ Pre-U/ A-Level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
- Experience of manufacturing precision parts on CNC Machines.
- Ability to program both driven Y,C axis lathes.
- Experience in both Turning and Milling Machines will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong supervisory, people management.
- Knowledge and understanding of Fanuc control system and Mazatrol control system.
- Knowledge of TPM programs will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand interpret engineering drawings.
- Able to use wide variety of measuring equipment.
