1. Assist to Coordinate coffeeshop food processing & servicing and complete duties such as adhering to sanitation standards, setting schedules, monitoring employee performance and training workers 2. Check customer feedback, handle complains, oversee customer service quality, etc. Requirements:1. Relavant working experience in coffeeshop 2. Flexible for weekend & PH day shift 3. Teamwork & problem-solving orientation
