& Requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist in updating collection related information into Collections Management System.
- Assist in exhibition support e.g., retrieval of artefacts for viewing, supervise packing, etc.
- Assist projects in permanent collections stores or conservation, assist in setting up fumigation bubble
- Assist in sourcing for vendors to fix Collections Management fixed assets and equipment
- Assist in artefact handling and movement during internal stocktake exercise
- Assist in routine preventive conservation checks and projects
- Assist in storage projects
- Inventorying of equipment/ fixed assets/ furnishing
- Participate in e-registry organising and filling duty
- Minimum qualification of Polytechnic Diploma or \'A\' levels, or 3 years of relevant experience in the arts industry
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Basic artefacts and artworks handling skills and/or logistical background will be preferred
$2,300 - $2,400
