  1. support generating of policies since the company is start up
  2. Oversees the day-to-day credit operations and ensures that loan portfolio targets are clearly communicated and met:
  
  • Sets credit operations productivity targets (e.g., # of applications received/ processed) and monitors achievement.
  • Provides and/ or ensures feedback to individual members on progress and sees to it that improvements are made.
  • Monitors the efficacy of credit and collections strategies and programs and takes corrective action where needed.
  • Conducts periodic credit reviews and audits.
  3. Identifies areas for process/ policy improvements processes in accordance with customer needs and company’s requirements and provides opportunities for team members to do the same
  4. Encourages the team to make certain operational decisions at their level but sets the guidelines to ensure a healthy balance between balancing credit policies versus business objectives.
  5. Attends to escalated operational issues and strives to develop permanent solutions to recurring concerns.
  6. Ensures that credit operations in the branches are within company standards and provides the needed support and service levels to attain performance targets.

• Requirement

  
  ＜MUST＞
  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Management; or related business course
  • Has Experience with start up company
  • At least 5-7 years of progressive management experience in a similar or related field
  • Solid or reliable experience in policy development, preferably in credit underwriting for financial industries
  
  ＜BETTER＞
  
  • Has working experience with Japanese company
