Job Description
Job ResponsibilityResponsible for the collection and recovery of Corporate Salary Loans (CSL), cards, and past due accounts.
- Reduce the flow rate and return accounts with delinquent status to current
- Evaluate, recommend, and endorse accounts for possible case filing as part of Collections strategy
- Handle collection related inbound and outbound calls
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
- At least 1 year experience in Collections
- With banking experience, preferred
