JOB SUMMARYThe main role is to oversee the fulfillment and efficiency of the clients' Billing & Collection process.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day-to-Day Monitoring of Buyer's Statement of Account
  • Monitors Delinquent Accounts
  • Posts Payments & Prepares Official Receipts
  • Loan applications
  • Customer Care
  • Reporting
EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role in a real estate company.
  • 2 years of increasingly responsible financial analysis or accounting experience. Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is highly desirable.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE BACKGROUND / CERTIFICATION
  • Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, public or business administration, or a related field.
