We offer an Internship Program for a period of 6 - 12 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Undergraduate to join our Building Construction Products (BCP) division in Singapore. BCP is responsible for the design, manufacturing, marketing and support of Caterpillar\'s line of small, versatile construction machines and attachments for the commercial construction, residential construction, specialty trades, landscaping and agriculture industries. Products include small wheel loaders, compact wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, compact track loaders, mini hydraulic excavators, skid steer loaders, telehandlers and small track-type tractors.

About the Position:

The selected intern will be working with regional team and dealers to create and execute cost-effective marketing support plans with a focus on execution of digital marketing strategies for South East Asia and Indonesia construction business.

The primary responsibilities for this position will include (but not limited to):

Identify opportunities to work with a local creative agency, integrate with dealer marketing teams, websites and social media platforms to grow market awareness, customer engagement and ultimately lead capture of Caterpillar product solutions for the business division.

Background / Experience:

An active student.

Creation of digital marketing campaign themes and messaging, Understanding of Digital communication channels including social media in SEA countries.

Collaboration with team members, willingness to innovate and challenge current methods, project leadership and management.

Learning Outcomes:

Intern will gain and bring new skillsets to the team and deliver real and lasting value to the region in support of existing team members.

Among getting directly involved in the development of digital marketing execution, the intern will develop project management and leadership skills which will prepare them for further full time employment opportunities inside or outside of Caterpillar.
