CISD\'s mission is to build the services development, marketing and sales execution capabilities needed to develop customer-focused strategies that accelerate services growth. We aim to make Caterpillar, Cat dealers and CI Customers SERVICES STRONG.Job DutiesSupport the development and execution of G2M plans based on prioritized AMOs and tactical plans.Support team meetings and be involved in event planning and execution.Conduct market research and data analytics to help identify key trends and opportunities in the market.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment and successful execution of projects.Development of monthly reports of key metricsInternship Background/Experience QualificationsCurrently pursuing studies in business/marketing/engineering or equivalent years of on-the-job experience.Proficiency in written and spoken English. (Mandarin/Japanese/Bahasa language will be an added advantage but not required)Strong communication and presentation skills.Demonstrated interest in the sales and marketing discipline.Must be able to work in a hybrid work arrangement for duration of the internship.Good presentation skills.Learning OutcomesIntern will have the opportunities to immerse in marketing tactics, channel strategy, lead generation/sales conversion, branding and marketing analytics.Opportunities to future full-time employment in the company.How We Support You (Internship Benefits)Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding internship.
