Job Description

Handle calls and enquiries from the public, HDB, and internal teams. Record feedback and incidents in the daily report. Monitor automated car parks to ensure smooth operation. Report any faults or system errors to the technical team. Ensure all servers and systems are working properly. Check emails and process work requests promptly. Track car park KPIs and remind the HDB team before deadlines. Prepare and submit daily reports.
