The Role
Proofpoint is looking for a Commercial Account Manager, based in Singapore. The candidate who will best fit our culture will take great pride in delivering for customers and act with honesty and integrity. They will always operate as part of the team, strive for innovation, take initiative and be accountable, but most importantly, they will be here to win from day one.
Your day-to-day:

• Build a commercial plan, identifying recruitment targets and action plans with a Malaysia focus
• Proactively execute on the recruitment plans to generate interest in working with Proofpoint
• Working with the commercial team to incorporate Proofpoint’s SaaS security offerings into their portfolio of offerings
• Conduct on-going business development activity with partners to generate future funnel growth
• Carry and regularly manage a pipeline of business
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Proofpoint’s market position, along with complimentary and competitive technologies in the marketplace

What you bring to the team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to clearly and effectively articulate Proofpoint's value
• Commands a presence in-front of an audience
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, to prioritize time effectively, to think big picture
• Experience managing Partners, particularly in the information security and data archiving market.
• Knowledge of Bahasa is essential due to the targeted market
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
