A critical role within the Finance team, the Commercial Assistant Finance Manager oversee the commercial processes in the organization, handle day to day business analysis reporting, manage account leads, and recognize business opportunities. Strong technical, communication, and accuracy are key requirements.

Core Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 To support Commercial Finance Controller on regular Business & Financial reviews with account leads, and also support management by providing financial & commercial analysis for each client account.

\xc2\xb7 Tacking the overall client financial health - Revenue, Cost, Profitability etc

\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance of client revenue recognition policies and guidelines.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in revenue budgeting and reporting procedures, ensuring that the numbers are reliable, stable and accurate.

\xc2\xb7 Working with internal and external auditors, ensuring policies compliance in place.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all management reports submitted within deadline. Monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to be carried out with high accuracy and timeliness and developing process to ensure quality reporting variances to be fully explained

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Qualified Chartered Accountant

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years of working experience and 5 years in Commercial Finance environment, ideally in Advertising/Entertainment industry

\xc2\xb7 Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage all levels of the organisation with credibility

\xc2\xb7 Strong Business acumen with commercial focus and knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to lead and drive team members

\xc2\xb7 Systems knowledge: Spectra (financial system), Hyperion-HFM (reporting system), Powerpoint, Excel.
