Responsibilities: Perform sales administrative duties (download reports/filing/keeping track of customer queries and issues/monitor status) Highlight issues and queries to manager Attending to phone calls and emails Support services to existing and prospective clients Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. To achieve the KPI given by management. To assist in other adhoc duties as & when assigned Requirements: Possess at least a Diploma with 1 year working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office
