As the Product Delivery Associate in our Commercial Banking Solutions APAC team, you will take part and support the end-to end product development lifecycles for Commerce Solutions (P&CS) and Commercial Banking Clients ( Corporate Client Banking and Middle Market segments). You and your team has responsibilities across a broad range of Payments products (Liquidity and Account Services, Merchant Services etc.) including Payments & Commerce Solutions (P&CS) such as payables, receivables, digital channels and cross currency Foreign Exchange.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain broad product exposure to all Payment products with knowledge domain in-country specific core cash capabilities across 14 APAC countries and gain global exposure to coverage and product professionals in Commercial Banking and Payment business around the world.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the CB investment governance agenda for all P&CS in partnership with Payments Team in APAC and CB Solutions US team - include making sound business case for investment asks and tracking the healthiness of key items being planned
  • Execute the commercialization strategy and value proposition for core cash solutions (traditional payables/receivables), including the successful launch of new initiatives and/or enhancements
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to identify and track all product gaps in the local market across APAC against key competitors
  • Support the growth and client adoption of existing and new core cash platforms
  • Develop in-depth country and segment focus \xe2\x80\x9cSell box\xe2\x80\x9d and package go-to-market materials for sales readiness
  • Ensure compliance with all new product approval and change management process as part of the Ready-To-Launch process
  • Partner closely with cross line of business product counterparts, CB global solutions teams and the Commercial Banking Coverage organization across various time zone
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum of Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years\' of experience in relevant banking/financial industries
  • Strong knowledge of payment/transaction banking including cash management, foreign exchange, trade, other cross-border products
  • Demonstrate high performance, personal initiative and a desire to set and achieve challenging goals
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
  • Strong communication in English & Chinese language with strong Excel & Pitch Pro skills to support clients from China market
  • Global minded and able to collaborate with colleagues across time-zones
