As a contracts manager leading contracting support for the APAC region, you will be responsible for working alongside our Sales, Pre-sales, Delivery and Technical Account Partner teams to lead the negotiation of software licences, professional services and partnership agreements across the region. This will involve working closely alongside the Quantexa Legal teams and the Head of Commercial in negotiating contractual terms and providing post contract management on complex agreements and projects.What youll be doing.Reporting into the Head of Commercial and working with Sales, Delivery, PMO, Technical Account Partner, Alliances, Finance, Legal and the wider commercial team the typical responsibilities include:xc2xb7 Triaging all new engagements to determine commercial and legal support or model terms requiredxc2xb7 Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreement terms and pricingxc2xb7 Highlighting onerous terms for escalation and legal review under internal commercial policyxc2xb7 Assisting sales and delivery teams with deal structuring around contract models and pricingxc2xb7 In contract life cycle management for complex projects including change management and identified risk mitigationxc2xb7 Reviewing commercial elements of bids and contractsxc2xb7 Supporting RFP management and helping with response co-ordinationOur clients are International, and our staff are expected to react to demanding client needs and agendas, this role will support the Quantexa sales and delivery teams within APAC but with scope to expand the role to support global teams as a subject matter expert.RequirementsWhat youll bring.
