Responsibilities

• Drive business decision making processes and assessment including strategic planning (IBP) and individual business decisions (grow workshop)
• Align APAC Service Logistics process with other functional stakeholders (eg. investment modelling process flow)
• Prepare regional Business Case Assessments (BCA) financials.
• Support production of business proposals, O2D, pricing
• Finance business partnering for core functional leads
• Monitors commercial reporting quality and highlights actions required
• Provide insights though expertise knowledge
• Coordinate and recommend action to Client Support and Account Management team to improve profitability on accounts
• Support governance of Network Operation projects, cost saving and other strategic initiatives
• Drives strategic planning process and process plus delivery of the IBP/target process
• Deliver strategic commercial finance projects (e.g. Revenue assurance)

• 5 years post-qualification financial experience preferably including commercial exposure
• Strong financial and commercial understanding and acumen
• Ability to deal with complex issues in a fast changing environment and highly matric MNC
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Culturally aware on a regional scale
• Capability of operating and managing within a complex matrix environment
• Personable with strong influencing skills
• Ability to effectively challenge at all levels within the business
• Self-driven team player
• Good Problem solving abilities and agility
