Customer Service (Logistics) Handle inquires for any delayed shipments in relation to importation, traces and issue resolution Execute day-to-day operational activities according to requirements and KPI, ensuring close co-ordination with carrier, co-loader, airfreight forwarders, contractors, origin and destination offices to obtain high customer satisfaction. Provide sales quotations to customers. Reviewing and understanding the customer's Logistics Procedure, customer service plans container loads to ensure requirements (load sequence, ship-window, destination) are adhere to. Co-ordinate with warehouse operations team to truck required containers from nominated carrier's depot, and assist in warehouse operations when required. Provide excellent customer service support and co-ordination for last minute changes of shipment mode.Qualification 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or at least Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent. Understanding of transportation documentation, Logistic/Supply Chain operations and terms is a plus Will have the understanding of warehouse management system Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results Pro-active, strong organizational skills Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good communication Skills SAP knowledge is an added advantageJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
