  • Provide support to the commercial team in special projects, such as preparing presentations, coordinating events, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Distribution & Loyalty (SMDL)-related meetings
  • Travel arrangements for the team
  • Ensure that all database and records (contacts distribution list, SOP, etc.) are maintained and updated in a timely manner
  • Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and track the team\'s costs and expenses
  • Manage and distribute communications (memos and announcements) to hotels and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality industry
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Collaborative and service-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to embrace and respond effectively to changes in a fast-paced environment
