Leading the development of leasing strategy and execute plans to achieve desired market positioning
Leasing management - commercial negotiation in relations to the leasing opportunities, advertising and promotion (A&P) assets, sourcing of new desired retail concepts, marketing and negotiation for new and lease renewals and any other lease-related matters
Building strong relationships with tenants' for on-going discussions on operations and business direction.
Conducting market research and market trends.
Reviewing and ensuring lease documentation is well managed including preparation of budget and reports.
Requirements :
At least 5-6 years of work experience Business Development, preferably in Hospitality and Tourism
Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented; sales-driven
Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written and verbal communications skills
Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
