Delighted to present you a fantastic opportunity with a global client of mine who are actively seeking a Commercial Director to focus on the APAC Region.Multi-Year Agreement Commercial Operations LeaderIn this role, you will lead the commercial proposal process for my clients multi-year agreements and securing long term agreements with customers.Key responsibilities include:- Managing the entire MYA commercial proposal lifecycle across cross-functional teams- Ensuring compliance with policies and managing commercial risks/terms and conditions- Collaborating to develop competitive MYA offerings and creative customer solutions- Driving MYA commercial operations KPIs and adherence to standards- Providing leadership, coaching, and development for the commercial teamsRequirements:- Significant experience in MYA commercial operations and/or risk management- Minimum 5 years commercial/execution leadership experience, preferably in power generation- Strong financial management skills including MYA accounting expertise- Outstanding contracts fluency, communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills- Ability to think strategically, drive strategy execution, and build credibility quickly- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related fieldIf you or someone you may know are interested in the above vacancy please do reach out for a full job description and a discussion!ross.thomson@ablyresources.com
