\xe2\x80\x9cDelighted to present you a fantastic opportunity with a global client of mine who are actively seeking a Commercial Director to focus on the APAC Region.Multi-Year Agreement Commercial Operations LeaderIn this role, you will lead the commercial proposal process for my clients multi-year agreements and securing long term agreements with customers.Key responsibilities include:\xe2\x80\x93 Managing the entire MYA commercial proposal lifecycle across cross-functional teams\xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring compliance with policies and managing commercial risks/terms and conditions\xe2\x80\x93 Collaborating to develop competitive MYA offerings and creative customer solutions\xe2\x80\x93 Driving MYA commercial operations KPIs and adherence to standards\xe2\x80\x93 Providing leadership, coaching, and development for the commercial teamsRequirements:\xe2\x80\x93 Significant experience in MYA commercial operations and/or risk management\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5 years commercial/execution leadership experience, preferably in power generation\xe2\x80\x93 Strong financial management skills including MYA accounting expertise\xe2\x80\x93 Outstanding contracts fluency, communication abilities, and stakeholder management skills\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to think strategically, drive strategy execution, and build credibility quickly\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related fieldIf you or someone you may know are interested in the above vacancy please do reach out for a full job description and a discussion!ross.thomson@ablyresources.com \xe2\x80\x9c
