1) Maintain and enhance branding awareness in the retail for SMART Home and corporate division
2) Work closely with the various department to upkeep and enhance operational workflow within the company
3) Meet the company's expectations and service standards across the different marketing channels
4) Have a broad understanding of company's products both from own branding and other distribution channels' products and solutions and space concepts
5) Overall proficiency on all the product SKUs and their applications
6) Assist Sales Director to meet clients on new sales pitch or follow up meetings
7) Conceptualize SMART concepts on how SMART home automation can work for commericial spaces.
8) Identify product groups to match with relevant business concepts
9) Develope new sales opportunity by generating warm leads from cold leads
10) Analyse data and intel on competitior landscape and customer demand to identify sales opportunities
11) Develop sales strategies to align with market segmentation, competitior analysis and overall corporate strategies
12) Conduct negotiation of sales agreements
13) Collect and consolidate clients' feedbacks and market sentiments to internal stakeholders to enhance products and services
