Job Description

My client, a leading global FMCG brand, is looking to hire an Assistant Commercial Finance Manager for their team.

Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Commercial Finance Manager, you will provide commercial finance support to drive business performance and growth through financial analysis and regional business partnering activities across functions. Key responsibilities include competitor and macro-economic analyses and marketing spends control and analysis. As the organization expands and evolves with the changing landscape, you will also participate in ad hoc projects to support automation initiatives and/or growth initiatives.

Requirements

You are a qualified CA with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including initial training in a Big 4 audit firm. Prior exposure to FMCG will be highly advantageous. You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, commercial and self-motivated.
