Job Overview:



We are looking for a

Commercial Finance Manager

to join our dynamic Technogym Singapore team and play a key role in

driving revenue growth, commercial performance, and strategic decision-making

, while

overseeing day-to-day financial operations

. This role is essential in supporting our commercial goals through

business partnering

, insightful financial planning, and data-driven strategies. Reporting to the Country Manager, the ideal candidate is

commercially astute

, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You should have a strong foundation in finance, a flair for business, and a passion for turning insights into action to create impact across the organisation.


Responsibilities:



1.

Strategic Financial Leadership



Partner with

Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and After-Sales

to shape and support

commercial and go-to-market strategies

. Analyse

customer and product profitability

, pricing models, and campaign ROI. Support development of business cases for

new initiatives and commercial deals

. Ensure robust

financial controls

,

risk management

practices, and timely

financial reporting

. Oversee the company's

overall financial health

, including

P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

management. Monitor and

manage cash flow

, identify and mitigate potential cash flow risks or inefficiencies. Create accurate and timely

monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

to identify

results, trends, and financial forecasts

. Develop and implement strategies and protocols to improve

operational functionality and efficiency

of the company.

2.

Commercial Enablement & Business Partnering



Collaborate

cross-functionally

to align

financial plans

with

commercial objectives

. Support

sales pipeline forecasting, pricing decisions, deal reviews

, and revenue reporting. Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of current

sales commission and incentive

structures; design and implement future frameworks as needed to ensure alignment with business goals and performance outcomes. Work closely with the Country Manager and commercial leaders to

drive profitability and market performance.

Provide financial insights to enable

informed, strategic decision-making

.

3.

Operational Finance Oversight



Oversee the finance team in

day-to-day financial accounting, month-end closing, and compliance reporting

. Ensure accurate and timely

reporting

of

P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements

. Maintain and strengthen

internal controls

and

compliance

with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Drive

process optimisation

and

accounting system updates/improvements

(e.g. for invoicing, payroll, etc.) to improve finance efficiency.

Data Analytics & Commercial Insights



Use Power BI and analytics tools to generate

commercial and customer insights

. Build dashboards and reports to track

revenue performance, customer trends, and key business metrics.

Present financial insights (financial reports, forecasts, and trend analyses) and recommendations to

enable strategic commercial decisions

. Monitor performance against

KPIs

and provide

variance analysis

.

5.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Foster a

collaborative, growth-oriented culture

across the finance team.

Mentor, motivate and develop finance team members

, ensuring alignment with business needs, clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback. Engage with

internal and APAC stakeholders

to align on

strategy and business direction

. Serve as a reliable and trusted partner for

cross-functional teams

(Sales, Sales Support, After-Sales, Marketing, HR, Logistics)

Others



Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, consistent with the scope of the role and aligned with professional and industry best practices.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA) are highly desirable. 8-10 years of experience in

commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A

roles supporting sales or marketing. Strong business acumen with a proven track record of

driving revenue-focused decision-making

. Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus. Experience overseeing

day-to-day accounting operations

and compliance activities. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment with frequent collaboration with the Finance team based in Malaysia.
