We are looking for a
Commercial Finance Manager
to join our dynamic Technogym Singapore team and play a key role in
driving revenue growth, commercial performance, and strategic decision-making

overseeing day-to-day financial operations

, insightful financial planning, and data-driven strategies. Reporting to the Country Manager, the ideal candidate is

Responsibilities:
1.
Strategic Financial Leadership
Partner with
Sales, Sales Support, Marketing, and After-Sales
to shape and support
commercial and go-to-market strategies

Analyse
customer and product profitability
, pricing models, and campaign ROI.
Support development of business cases for
new initiatives and commercial deals
.
Ensure robust
financial controls
,
risk management
practices, and timely
financial reporting
.
Oversee the company's
overall financial health
, including
P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
management.
Monitor and
manage cash flow
, identify and mitigate potential cash flow risks or inefficiencies.
Create accurate and timely
monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
to identify
results, trends, and financial forecasts
.
Develop and implement strategies and protocols to improve
, and revenue reporting.
Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of current
sales commission and incentive
structures; design and implement future frameworks as needed to ensure alignment with business goals and performance outcomes.
Work closely with the Country Manager and commercial leaders to
drive profitability and market performance.
Provide financial insights to enable
informed, strategic decision-making

Operational Finance Oversight
Oversee the finance team in
day-to-day financial accounting, month-end closing, and compliance reporting
.
Ensure accurate and timely
reporting
of
P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
.
Maintain and strengthen
internal controls
and
compliance
with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Drive
process optimisation
and
accounting system updates/improvements
(e.g. for invoicing, payroll, etc.) to improve finance efficiency.
4.
Data Analytics & Commercial Insights
Use Power BI and analytics tools to generate
commercial and customer insights
.
Build dashboards and reports to track
revenue performance, customer trends, and key business metrics.
Present financial insights (financial reports, forecasts, and trend analyses) and recommendations to
enable strategic commercial decisions
.
Monitor performance against
KPIs
and provide
variance analysis
.
5.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Foster a
collaborative, growth-oriented culture
across the finance team.
Mentor, motivate and develop finance team members
, ensuring alignment with business needs, clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback.
Engage with
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time, consistent with the scope of the role and aligned with professional and industry best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
8-10 years of experience in
commercial finance, business partnering, or FP&A
roles supporting sales or marketing.
Strong business acumen with a proven track record of
driving revenue-focused decision-making
.
Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus.
Experience overseeing
day-to-day accounting operations
and compliance activities.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment with frequent collaboration with the Finance team based in Malaysia.
