Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Finance Analysts to provide justification on sales and commercial strategies
- Develop deep understanding and knowledge on volume, revenue and profit drivers across entire business
- Ensure all forms of discounting/ sales deals abide within approved guidelines
- Manage, review and allocate company\'s marketing budget
- Drive monthly sales and revenue target setting process and ensure targets are aligned with business plans and production forecasts
- Lead financial evaluation of new brand/ product proposition
- Identify accounting/ financial process implications of commercial decisions
- Manage channel P/L with channel heads to develop profit building blocks
- Lead monthly revenue closing process with all stakeholders
- Minimum Degree or above in Accounting/ Finance
- Minimum 6-8 year of experience in Business Finance Roles
- Proficient in SAP software
