Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Finance Senior Associate to join our growing Singapore Commercial HQ.

Main Responsibilities:

A. Revenue

  • Daily monitoring of revenue and highlighting of anomalies for further action by the respective teams.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of sales pipeline, budget and revenue trends & variances, risks & opportunities.
  • Assist with campaign related performance reporting.
  • Tracking of global sales teams KPIs, revenue achievements and commissions.
  • Manage customer incentive and rebates schemes.

B. Collections
  • Review credit limits and client payment status (DSO, AR T/O days) to recommend the next course of action for clients.
  • Manage all credit limits and credit insurance activities to mitigate credit risk.
  • Track client dispute resolution process, from early identification of disputes to resolution, and measurement.
  • Monitor global credit risk events and work with affected clients on various billing related solutions.

C. Data Analytics and CRM
  • Support global sales teams for all reporting and analytics needs; including building daily and weekly analytics, performance reviews and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Build and maintain various sales related dashboards.
  • Maintain data integrity in the CRM system through periodic audits and making the required changes.

D. Others/ projects
  • Involvement in various ad-hoc projects with global cross-functional teams, such data migration, CRM and AR projects.
  • Other revenue to collections work activities as required by the hiring managers.

All about you:
  • Does not require work sponsorship to work in Singapore.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as VBA/Macros. Programming knowledge such as Python and SQL is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin for more effective cross-functional collaborations.
  • Working knowledge of CRMs and creating (creator) of dashboards in visualization tools such as Tableau will be a plus.
  • Degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business or equivalent, with at least 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience in a Sales Operations, Credit, Audit or Finance role. Big 4 auditors are welcomed to apply.
  • Must be willing to work across different time zones to support cross-cultural colleagues and clients located globally.
  • Must be able to physically work from the office premises on a full-time basis in the CBD area.
  • Highly adaptable to changing business requirements, team structures and job activities.
