Job DetailsRole title: Commercial Manager (In-Life)Department: CommercialLocation: SingaporeWhat you\'ll doRole purpose:To manage the commercial relationship with 2-4 of VGE\'s largest strategic accounts with combined revenue up to \xe2\x82\xac30M pa. Accountable for ensuring VGE is delivering on all of its contractual obligations on these accounts, and for delivering incremental value for these customers and for VGE.Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Accountable for execution of all of VGE\'s commercial contractual obligations over the life of the contract
  • Seen by customer and VGE leadership as strategic advisor to key stakeholders. Produce internal executive briefings on commercial performance of managed accounts and recommendations on how to grow value in accounts and differentiate VGE from competition.
  • Manage senior stakeholders in case of potential or actual escalation (management briefings, presentation, costs analysis, options / recommendations)
  • Collaborate with relevant counterparts in Sales, Commercial, Legal, CSSO, and OpCos\' organisations to maximise profitability of the managed accounts
Key performance indicators:
  • Management of in-life contract with value up to \xe2\x82\xac10M. Delivery of all commercial obligations under each contract
  • Deliver revenue growth that out-performs the under-lying VGE base
  • Achieve Customer NPS of 15%
Who you areKey Requirements
  • Contract Management of each Contract (Can be multiple end-user / multiple products).
  • Significant experience of developing and negotiating compelling commercial propositions and/or managing complex telco/outsource contracts
  • Build relationships with customer representatives and be seen as a Trusted Advisor on all contractual matters.
  • Deal swiftly with any queries, requests, and escalations on post-sales commercial related issues (Billing, Invoice, PO, P&L, MACD)
  • Revenue Assurance
  • Reporting on commercial obligations & billing on the Monthly or Quarterly reviews.
  • Reporting monthly forecasts for all IYR and costs on Finance calls.
  • Commercial Management and drive account-focused margin maximisation reviews.
  • Preparing the financial overviews and analyses for SBR/QBR Reviews including In Year Revenue (IYR) and margin.
  • Invoice Management and ensure billing is set up correctly in line with contract pricing.
  • Monthly update of P&L Forecast
  • Monthly update of Account Dashboard / VBI Insight for internal reporting
  • Monthly handling of CDRs from TATA for each country in scope of this opportunity (receiving CDRs/checking CDRs /validating CDRs data accuracy against customer PO)
  • Synthesizing billing information as per Cost-model agreed with End-customer: rate per minutes per country, MRC/NRC charge per number per country.
  • Completing Manual billing template, also referred as Manual BAN
  • Submit completed template to Billing Operations team (allocated Billing Analyst) via email for processing.
  • Manually Upload of CDR feed into GCB
  • Executing in-life billing change (maintain and update the Price Book)
  • Handling Billing enquiries during in-life
  • Send a monthly report to customer by email, etc.
  • Maintaining local inventory of all above changes throughout the contract term for traceability, financial audit and reporting
