Job Description

Purpose:
The intern will have the opportunity to learn and work with the APAC Additives Commercial and Marketing team in gathering market insights, consolidate competitive intelligence and create value proposition for our targeted customer base.
Responsibilities:

• Oil marketers product mapping for both Transportation and Industrial segment for Southeast Asia and Australia

• Oil marketers product offering and analysis by country/region, focusing on mining and construction sector

• Analysis of key Unique Selling Point (USP) of different oil marketers by application/segment for SEA and AUS region

• Support marketing department in on-going field trial works, compiling and summarizing field trial results

• Work closely with marketing and sales department to update country report for Southeast Asia and Australia

• Support Marketing and Product Management Group (PMG) in updating Lubrizol products information on customer information system/platform

• Support Strategic Marketing team on market/segment analysis

• Support Sales on price list updating and standardization, standardize price/cost build-up, margin analysis by account

• Support Sales in CRM contact updates and creation

• Work closely with Demand Manager and Sales on Customer Demand Plan (CDP) update and review

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or related major.

• Strong communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Logic thinking and good at data analysis.

• Curiosity and proactivity in tackling new challenges.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various aspects of commercial functions.
