The individual will be accountable for driving growth in revenue; negotiating and closing transactions with both buyers and sellers; and building an active sales pipeline. This role plays the key figure to support our customers identify the right products and solutions to achieve their sustainability goals.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and managing a portfolio of existing customers and building strong, trusted relationships

• Drive revenue growth, aligned to the company\'s target

• Identify new trading/revenue opportunities and appeal to new network of buyers

• Origination, structuring and execution of proposals and commercial deals for origination and spot procurements for various carbon credit commodities from various credit providers

• Ensure high-quality standard of customer services and anticipating customers\' expectations and goals

• Design and lead customer communication and spearhead marketing activities

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant discipline

• Experience in business and partnership development, sales, broker role or B2B sales in the Commodity/Financial markets; with a strong track record of sales, origination and relationship management

• Experience in buy and/or sell-side of carbon credit market advantageous

• Knowledge of carbon markets, corporate sustainability and with understanding of market dynamics in the carbon market (compliance and/or voluntary)

• Entrepreneurial and commercial mindset; comfortable in start-up environment

• Strong Sales Excellence mindset with drive to exceed targets

• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong passion in sustainability
