Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Management of Commercial leases (checking lease documents, contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule) efficiently & effectively.
- Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes tenant/trade mix review and planning.
- Assist in planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs.
- Execute the arrears management process, including dunning and preparation of ageing reports.
- Track security deposits, obtain submissions of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
- Assist to regularly audit and check premises to ensure that Landlord's rights under tenancy agreements are not compromised.
Requirements
- Diploma in relevant courses with at least 2 years' relevant experience
- Knowledge and skills for using Yardi is a must
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Experience in Retail Lease Management will be advantageous.
- Meticulous, diligent, independent and process oriented.
- Strong aspiration to grow with the company.
