Commercial Manager of Digital Sales - Navigator Singapore

We\xe2\x80\x99re new to market and we\xe2\x80\x99re disrupting a stale sector by bringing our unique technology to the travel industry. Navigator is a global audience agency where clients can come and find their customer through our travel 1st party data access. As we grow and learn, we now have a clear understanding of who our ideal client is and how we can help them build a brand in travel. We are scaling quickly and therefore need people to come in and take us to the next level. Therefore, we are looking for a Commercial Manager of Digital Sales - Navigator to help drive this business towards its vision of becoming a billion $ business.

We are on a mission: We have identified a big problem in the travel industry \xe2\x80\x93 the lack of ability for brands to reach their customers. As data accuracy diminishes globally, due to data regulations and the demise of tracking people across digital assets, we have built a long-term solution to an ever-increasing problem. We are being used by some of the biggest brands inside and outside of travel and are starting to become famous for what we do. However, we want to reach our potential as quickly as we can and therefore need an experienced head to come in a build and sell large deals both client direct and across the agency world. The role will include and not exclusive to:

  • Growth of sales revenues in the region
  • Hitting and exceeding personal sales targets by selling to clients direct and digital sales agencies
  • In conjunction with CRO and Product Commercial Director writing a commercial strategy on how to best sell it, and then implement the strategy
  • Working on the full sales funnel to ensure we create value at every stage and brands understand how we fit in with their marketing spends
  • Collaborating with the wider global team to ensure we are learning and sharing best practice
  • Honing our marketing and sales collateral so we can spread the word as far and wide as we can.
The essential skills of a Commercial Manager of Digital Sales - Navigator Singapore
  • Someone who loves achieving, wants to be in an environment where they can make a big difference, enjoys being part of a wider team, and who enjoys being rewarded based on their performance.
  • Experience in the digital remarketing sector with a track record of success
  • Has previously sold digital retargeting to client direct and digital agencies
  • Using your experience and contacts to help us sell bigger and better deals which deliver on our clients\xe2\x80\x99 problems
  • Sharing your passion and desire to be the best
  • Has a demonstrable passion for selling digital assets/channels to the world\xe2\x80\x99s biggest brands
  • Is comfortable pitching and closing six figures plus deals
  • Familiar working with agencies and helping us get on the media plan of every travel brief across APAC and the world
  • Excellent organizational and managerial skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Positive - with the drive and ability to self-motivate.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit .
