Responsibilities

: " Advising, developing, reviewing and negotiating key commercial contracts with various stakeholders. Supporting the review, evaluation and negotiations of procurement contracts including tender documents, purchase orders, purchase contracts etc. Review of confidentiality agreements/MOUs/agreements on collaboration projects. Provision of general legal advice and support on finance, corporate, employment and other matters. Managing and advising on all legal and regulatory matters of the Company including assisting in building relationships and interfaces with regulators. Assisting in the provision of company secretarial and other legal management activities. Oversee commercial & product development cycle activities within the portfolio company Collaborate with engineering, regulatory agencies to establish product commercialization and regulatory milestones in line with company's objectives Work closely with external vendors for technical/manpower resources within project budget Manage project costs, finances and documentation for management reporting and audit purposes Requirements Relevant industry experience of 5 years in either Agriculture, FMCG or Healthcare products General corporate/commercial work or prior experience with project and procurement matters. Advantage for candidates whom have been admitted to the Singapore Bar though it's not a pre-requisite. Experience in a law firm handling or providing legal advice to the industries above is a plus.
