Responsible for the roadmap and management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial property loans, including revolving credit facilities secured by commercial properties for SMEs.
Develop and enhance product value proposition and processes to drive sales revenue with robust risk management.
Responsible for all aspects of the product, including portfolio quality, customer application & loan maintenance process, and sales channel support.
Job Scope:
Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and of macro market outlook and trends, especially around Singapore interest rate environment and property market situation.
Ensure product viability and full adherence to regulatory requirements.
Use data analytics and knowledge of market trends to continuously improvise and enhance customers\' experience.
Engage key stakeholders, including Sales, Credit Risk, Operations, IT, Legal and Compliance to enhance product competitiveness and improve processes.
Work closely with Credit Risk to monitor portfolio quality, review credit policy and develop proactive actions to mitigate any risk.
Initiate marketing campaigns and product bundling to drive sales and increase product profitability.
Contribute towards digital strategy and implementation for secured loan products.
Lead and manage system enhancements when required.

Qualifications The ideal Candidate would meet the following requirements:
Tertiary education with minimum 5 years of working experience
Prior experience in product management, credit risk &/or data analytics of commercial or residential mortgage is preferred
Able to multi-task under tight timeline and to work independently
Result-oriented and self-driven individual
Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A structured thinker with sound analytical skills
