Primary Responsibilities

• To maximise commerciality in order to grow sales as well as the conversion rate and average cheque; to increase profitability;
• Look at the Restaurant through the eyes of the customers and dialogue with them for continuous feedback on their experience and act for improvement;
• Thoroughly understand the services offered in my store and use this knowledge to help guests and ensure the team does the same;
• Enhance link between the different sections of our company Food and promote cross merchandising;
• Build people through hiring based on our company values, secure training and coaching on the job and developing successors;
• Implement HACCP plan, promote Sustainability Direction together with the team such as waste management etc;
• Secure optimal productivity via staff planning process to ensure sufficient manpower at critical times; avoiding bottlenecks with daily work routines are in place;
• Cooperating with Kitchen Manager to secure a food range identity and implement the range matrix in order to distinguished our brand from competitors;
• Working closely with Kitchen manager to operate Restaurant according to our company Quality and Food Safety requirements and other legislations;
• Passionate about my products and actively learn about their content, origin, and benefits to share with guests and colleagues;

Requirements

• Experience using Commercial opportunities to attract visitors
• Service-oriented & experience working in a vibrant retail environment and KPI driven action plan
• Team player and experience managing/leading and developing a team
• Experience in creating and executing action plans
• Flexible to work on peak periods, public holidays, and weekends
• High level of personal grooming is expected in order to meet food safety and hygiene practices standards
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Min 5 years\' experience in the same capacity
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
