As a Commercial Shipping Graduate at NORDEN, you become part of a 2-year programme with the aim of developing comprehensive shipping profiles to forge the future of global trade.Aspirations are high, and your days will be excitingly fulfilling while working and interacting with both local and international colleagues. You will become an integral part of our team from day one and gain hands-on experience with both operations and chartering. Through a mentorship guidance system, graduates will be trained and given the ownership to operate vessels and fixing Charter Party contracts/handling fixtures independently.As part of your development, you will have a rotation to our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, to build on your understanding and skills from various functions such as Projects and Parcelling, Risk Management, Market Research, Advanced Analytics and Digital Solutions. The length of each rotation varies according on your individual profile and potential.

Job Requirement Bachelor\'s degree from the local universityMathematics minimum at B levelCompetitive and creative with a commercial flair and an engaging personality who enjoys interacting with colleagues, customers, and other external partnersIt will be an advantage if you have any extra-curricular activities/experiences from Shipping, International Trade, or any related industriesThe start date for our Commercial Shipping Graduates is typically in August but we are flexible to individual circumstances.
