Job Description

As a Commercial Specialist with a focus on International Connectivity in the Infrastructure team, you will work with a team of innovators and technologists, together to create next-level solutions that improve the way our business runs. You will help to develop solutions and have a strategic planning and selection of vendors for our networks, ensuring our Business needs are met in the short, medium and long term in the design and implementation of connectivities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, developing and implementing comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies tailored to the business needs and prospects.
• Identify the market and technology trends that could be game-changers for IT infrastructure.
• Work out solution proposal for a broad set of IT infrastructure solutions and services
• Constantly analyse and improve the cost-effectiveness of the organization’s IT Infrastructure, and make sure it aligns with the organization's business strategy.
• Adopt industrial standards and best practices; drive and govern related frameworks, SOPs and templates/checklists within the Infra team to optimize the organization’s IT operations process.
• Strategize, develop, and maintain good relationships with various vendors and partners; build and maintain the vendor escalation channels to ensure project delivery and operational efficiency.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related fields
• Minimum 3+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in International Data / Wholesale Space.
• Prior experience at a telecommunication service provider, internet provider or System Integrator (SI) in a product or presales role is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of one of the following technologies and/or products is preferred: IEPL/IPLC, Submarine cables infrastructure and consortia background.
• Resourceful and well-connected to the main ISPs / CSPs
