Job Description

Our client, a well-known MNC company is looking for candidates for the IT Specialist - Infrastructure position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the IT service of infrastructure network, virtualization architecture, system storage and backup to ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems.
• Ensure systems performance, availability, integrity, and security through regular maintenance, patch management, virus/malware/ransomware protection.
• Drive infrastructure/System/information security projects delivery and ensure it aligns with HQ directions
• Engage both global infrastructure & Information security teams regarding Cyber Security and Enterprise infrastructure on different time zone
• Review and maintain all infrastructure/system and security standards and procedures.
• Support in managing and mitigating risks of IT systems to security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Support in audit of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance and uncover IT security risks.
• Support third party system administration (eg. Uipath, Boomi, Otrs, etc)
• Support multiple region on network, systems & information security

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with Windows, Linux Server, SQL, Cisco switches, routers and Firewall administration, both physical & virtual
• Result oriented and good team player.
• Good communication skills and able to manage stakeholder expectations
• Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, information security, virtualization & storage
• Required skill(s): Windows Server Administration 2016,2019,2022 (Domain controller, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, DFS, SCCM), Redhat Linux 6,7,8, SQL server 2019, CCNA, Pulse Secure, Checkpoint, Sharepoint
• Good understanding of infrastructure architecture, information security, virtualization & storage
• Other technology such as RPA, Power BI, Vxrail, SQL,VMware will be added advantage.
• Project management skills
