Overview
EMPLOYER: MNC manufacturer
LOCATION: Jurong, Boon Lay

Training will be provided * Maintenance and Updating of Risk Position Sheet. (Daily)
\xc2\xb7 Updating all Physical/Futures transactions for the position.
\xc2\xb7 Using system data/reports to automate the process.
\xc2\xb7 Verifying the position with Trading team/finance.
\xc2\xb7 Collating daily new business/ new futures for Position and sales wire.
\xc2\xb7 Track and reconcile credits and premiums for transactions of Product -balances/new business etc. for Credit position.
- Reconciling position with system data and verification with Sales team/ Finance\xc2\xb7 Downloading of SAP data and transfer of certificates via Good Inside Portal (GIP) and RA Marketplace 2.0, and to cross-check with invoiced
\xc2\xb7 To work with global Research team and regional Sales Offices to collate trade flows for Asia region.
\xc2\xb7 To put together annual trade flow statistics for Supply &Demand analyses for the Commercial team.
\xc2\xb7 Support on Contract creations/Amendments/Fixation.
\xc2\xb7 Special Requirements Form (SRF) and Complaints Registrations. * Sending daily Butter/Mass pricing spreadsheets
- To assist where needed on follow up with respective origin supply chain teams on shipment planning, documents, etc.2. Maintaining and Tracking the Sustainability Credit Positions /flow.
3. To support the Commercial team on trade statistics compilation and analyses. (periodic)
4. Trading Administration support * Singaporean5. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Professional
- Minimum Degree in Business-related disciplines.\xc2\xb7 Experience as a sales and trade support role.
\xc2\xb7 Good MS Excel, Access skills.
\xc2\xb7 SAP knowledge.
