Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide.Your missionGENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide clerical support to the sales team, perform a number of duties focusing on commercial team activities, act as a link between the commercial team and the internal/ external stakeholders.

  • Prepare accurate and timely reports on commercial activities, including sales performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support the Commercial Director in developing and implementing strategic plans.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and finance teams, to gather information and facilitate effective decision-making.
  • Maintain and organize commercial department documentation, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to commercial operations.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in a similar commercial support role, preferably within the industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using commercial software and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
