Role Responsibilities
Job Summary

  • Plan, manage and track Commercialization and Growth (C&G) team's budget
  • Collaborate with DCDA Products, Business, CXC and finance teams for product revenue tracking and reporting against plans, business benefits case realization across all DCDA products
  • Perform Operational metrics tracking and reporting for C&G team
  • Analyse past product performance data, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and provide recommendations across DCDA products
  • Provide pre / post analysis of product adoption and utilization trends by analysing data and recommend actions
  • Support with prioritization of large value projects via cost-benefit projections.
  • Support the entire commercialization lifecycle from understanding and sizing opportunities, to realizing value

Our Ideal Candidate
Versatile banking professional with 9+ years of experience. Key areas of expertise include financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, problem solving, product owner, project management, policy management, risk management and control. Holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance and ranked 1st in aggregate score globally.
Looking for a financial position in a growth-oriented organization to leverage my skills and experience in the financial sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, IT, Science (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.Effective and positive written and verbal communications especially when acting as a liaison between departments, internal employees / subordinates and clients.
  • Minimum of 8 years of banking or financial industry experience.
  • Previous experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modelling is desired
  • Competency in market analysis, sales and revenue forecasting, project planning and management and financial risk management.
  • Ability to understand the importance of relationship building both with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to create and deliver effective oral and written presentations / proposals up to a senior level of management.
  • Comprehensive solution-oriented thinker when dealing with clients, internal functional departments and senior management.
  • Strong project management skills including planning, documenting, communicating, and delivering the end result on-time.
  • Excellent teamwork skills preferably with experience of working in teams spread across boundaries.
  • Skills in meeting objectives through influence, inspiration, facilitation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
