Reporting to the Head Chef, we are looking for talented individuals who possess the following: Passion for food. Past experience of working in a professional kitchen at a cafe or restaurant. Positive and energetic work ethic with effective communication skills. Kitchen experience and management. Ability to cope under stressful conditions. Ability to make quick decisions and pay attention to details. Ability to maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant area. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and/or independently. Ability to be creative and handle constructive feedback. We want to meet individuals who has: Knowledge in production of French style bread and pastries. Knowledge in preparation of fillings for sweet and savory pastries. Must be able to perform effectively as a team player. Must be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. Basic Food Hygiene Certification Cafe operates from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesdays to Sundays. 5 day work week with Mondays off as a given 10 hours daily including 1 hour lunch break (lunch provided) $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month Benefits: Employee discount, Food provided, Health insurance
