Commis Chef
to support our team during our focused, half-day service window. If you're eager to build strong kitchen fundamentals in a supportive, fast-moving environment -- and want your afternoons off -- this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Daily food preparation, including mise en place, sauces, grilling, assembly and more
Support service in a
modern open-concept kitchen
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
Follow recipes and SOPs to ensure consistency and quality
Assist with stock checks, prep lists and kitchen closing duties
Requirements
Valid
Food Hygiene Certification
(required)
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently and stay calm during busy hours
Prior experience in a kitchen is a bonus, but not essential
