Support project teams in administering contracts and managing commercial/claims activities across multidisciplinary, multinational project environments.

Key Responsibilities
The Commissioning Manager coordinates all activities on FPSO to ensure completion of all pre-commissioning and commissioning (PC&C) work on time within given budget leading and overseeing multiple teams.
This role requires strong adherence to EHS policies and initiative promotion of EHS among team and vendors. Reporting to the project manager, main duties are coordination of all pre-commissioning and commissioning jobs (PC&C). Successful candidate must perform below duties and responsibilities:
Develop baseline PC&C plan including schedule, manpower needs and budget requirement
Ensure that all EHS requirements as well as contract and customer needs are included in PC&C plan
Maintain and update PC&C plan during project development
Manage risk and opportunities related to PC&C
PC&C procedures development
In cooperation with project manager allocate resources for all PC&C activities
In cooperation with procurement select PC&C vendor
In cooperation with QA QC lead ensure that project is in line with the specification and standards
Plan and lead all technical resources activities related to PC&C
Plan and track commissioning tools and equipment requirements
Arrange documentation process for PC&C related activities
Keep track of the all above mentioned activities costs with regular report to project manager
Participate in meeting with client and promote customer relations
Identify and resolve all technical issues identified during PC&C
Ensure acceptance of all PC&C job by customer and end-user
Support the creation of an integrated team atmosphere ensuring compliance to company process and procedures
Work Experience Qualifications & Experience
2-3 years in contract administration, commercial support or handling of claims, and analysis of
Terms and Conditions of Contract.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline.
Experience in the energy sector (O&G, power generation, EPC/EPCM) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English; able to draft contractual letters and interpret contract clauses.
Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills.
Mobility: Occasional business travel might be necessary.
Core Competencies
Bachelor's in engineering with minimum 5 years' proven experience in FPSO or topside commissioning projects
At least one completed FPSO or top-side project in a role of commissioning manager
Excellent knowledge of FPSO and topside technology
Ability to lead and promote EHS policies among team members and vendors
Ability to develop positive interpersonal and international relation
Excellent communication skill with clear and concise writing and presentation skills
