Our client's Singapore office is on the hunt for a dynamic Account Manager who is an analytical thinker, well organised and a strong writer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of communication agency or in-house experience.
The Role
This role is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality communication counsel and services and working alongside the Managing Director to build and protect the reputation of their clients and firm. You will have the opportunity to work with geographically, culturally and language diverse teams on some of the biggest issues facing business, government, and society today.
Lead day-to-day activities on account teams and nurture trusted client relationships
Deliver best-in-class communications strategy, content, and media events for key clients
Support the growth of the office through new business development
Working closely with and coaching the Senior Account Executives and Account Executive
Producing strong and insightful research
Researching and writing engaging content that resonates with the target audience
Nurturing and growing key media relations and partnership network
Providing creative ideas and implementing communications strategy, digital campaigns, and media initiatives for client relationship

Requirements
5 to 7 years of experience in consultancy or in-house communications roles
Experience in new business development
Ability to lead a team and adjusts easily to changing priorities or client needs
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to produce high-quality creative and written work, edit and improve the work of others
Understanding of the print and broadcast media environment in Singapore
Demonstrable experience in account management, developing and implementing communications strategies, ensuring objectives are met, results are achieved, and clients are satisfied
Meticulous attention to detail
High level of initiative, energy, and a strong work ethic
Degree or higher in Mass Communication, Arts or Social Sciences
Proficiency in a second language is an advantage
