Reporting to: Corporate Affairs and Communications Director
Role: Fixed Term - 1 Year Contract

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Communications Associate to join our team and support the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager. As a Communications Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Corporate Affairs & Communications team, support the development and execution of communications strategies, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of communications, including internal and external communications, events / campaign organization, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager in the development and execution of communications plans and campaigns.
  • Write and edit internal and external communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communications strategies.
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, as directed by the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager.
  • Monitor media (traditional media and social media) and legislative / regulatory landscape and report relevant findings to the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication campaigns, as directed by the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager, as needed.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Must be proficient in English. Mandarin and other languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS office.
