Position Summary

This role sits within the dedicated performance media team for Amazon's AWS cloud services line of business.

Comms Design at Initiative means the Media Planning and day-to-day plan management craft within the agency. This is the engine house of any team, managing client's budgets, expectations and media plan performance.

You will be working alongside another Comms Design Exec and reporting into a Comms Design Manager. More broadly, the B2B Performance team is made up of approx 20 FTEs, dedicated to the constant improvement and efficiency of multiple campaigns (some big evergreen, some small tactical ones) for AWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing media plans using performance digital marketing channels such as Search, Social and Programmatic
  • Continued ongoing optimisation of client campaigns
  • Analysing sand creating reports and insights for clients
  • Making recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients on the campaigns and optimisations based on campaign analysis.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • 1 year+ experience within performance digital, ideally with some experience working on one or more major Platform (i.e. FB, Google)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytically minded with strong reporting skills.
  • A thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology.
  • Team player combined with the ability to have fun!
