Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable) Internal Communications

Partner stakeholders in the region to plan and execute internal events including employee townhalls, company milestones and anniversaries.
Develop stories and collaterals to promote company values, share best practices, cross-country learnings, and employee profiles.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Drive and implement Corporate Social Responsibility Projects including Otis\xe2\x80\x99 signature Made to Move CommunitiesTM.

External Communications

Preparation of press releases and news dissemination to local and regional media.
Support crisis management (safety issues, employee incidents, natural disasters).
Create and increase engagement through social media such as LinkedIn.
Partner business teams to develop marketing collaterals for product launches and customer events.
Provide strategic brand counsel and support.

Skills requirement:

University degree in communications, marketing, media studies or social sciences.
Excellent listening, writing (speech, presentation, video script etc.) and storytelling skills.
Strategic thinking, intercultural, excellent creative / conceptual abilities and influencing skills.
High proficiency in English, both writing and speaking.
Keen Interest or experience in social media management and tools.
