Marketing Communications Executive

• Assist in the implementation of the Restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s overall Marketing Communications Strategy.

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing department, including process and follow-up on quotes, invoices and payments.

• Maintain records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the Department.

• Responsible for all restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s marketing collaterals and menu updates and ensuring that they comply with brand standards.

• In charge of all content required related to the restaurant \xe2\x80\x93 e.g., website, posters, email marketing, award submissions etc.

• Work closely with suppliers, PR company and Vendors concerning printed and promotional matters.

• Responsible for supporting marketing needs for various F&B industry launches and collaborations.

• Update all social media as required and improve online presence.

• Responsible for Restaurant plan for promotions and overall management of social media and website.

• Create all content (copy and photos) required for third party social media and its related platforms: Chope, Restaurant website and related social media etc.

• Responsible for all partnership opportunities (banks, media promotions, etc), including qualification of opportunities, recommending the offer, handling of contracts and all related paperwork required.

• Maintain an updated summary of all marketing communications and promotional activities.
