Your New Role\xe2\x80\xa6
As a Communications Executive (HBO GO and title Publicity), you will play a pivotal role in driving success for the Communications team of Warner Bros. Discovery streaming service, HBO GO as well as title Publicity for linear channels across Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Executive to be responsible for the tasks outlined below.
Your Role Accountabilities\xe2\x80\xa6
Publicity, Agency, and Asset Management
Support Director of Communications on title and channel publicity including but not limited to title launch / sustaining strategies, physical activations, junkets, interviews, talent management, global liaison and beyond
Proactively plan and / or build pre / during / post premiere campaigns to support the success of each title / channel
Logistical support across titles and activations, managing project schedules meticulously and quickly problem solving on the go.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams on approvals and checking on sensitivities of campaign activations
Work on ongoing news from highlights, summaries, alerts, global reports
Gatekeeper of trackers; Publicity Calendar, Priorities sheet, Monitoring Deck, Reports, ROI sheet and track agencies input and submissions.
Review agency content distribution, including alerts, releases, highlights, asset dissemination.
Tracking of media coverage and nominating media for junkets / screeners access in close collaboration with agencies and international publicity. This includes gathering results from territories without agency support and sending out the monthly highlights to global
Keep track of clippings and quality results to ensure improvement of outreach which will ultimately support Growth Marketing in acquiring subscribers
Coordination of assets, informing and sharing across to agencies and relevant internal teams for localization and sensitives if material comes from Publicity (Taking note of legal guidelines for all titles (HBO Originals, Max Originals, 45-day studio titles, etc.)
Keeping track of deliverables for various campaigns (updating g-sheet, translations, copy & campaign deck) before delivery to PR agencies
Gathering of assets and programming summaries & synopsis for all titles across WBD360, IBC, third party studios media platforms for acquired titles, press room, Creative Services team and more
Admin
Consolidate and update expenses in shared Google Sheets for budget controlling, monitoring, and reporting for campaigns and performance
Help in raising PRs and POs in Ariba across projects and follow up with finance
Raise requests for legal documents pre onboarding agencies or vendors and follow through from procurement to contract to completion of vendor upload

Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship and operations skills
Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements
An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills
Good time management and multitasker
