If you are passionate and enthusiastic to learn the biopharmaceutical process at a holistic perspective, you will enjoy your learning journey with this fun and close-knit team.The key responsibilities of the Communications & HR Intern are as below.Communications Support\xc2\xb7 Manages site wide weekly cascade packs (develop, edit, refine, format to Takeda template) and publish on Sharepoint\xc2\xb7 Utilizes photographic equipment and photo-enhancing/video-editing software\xc2\xb7 Assists in site communications events\xc2\xb7 Write news article to be posted on Yammer and Sharepoint after event\xc2\xb7 Prepare current and relevant DE&I slide (monthly)\xc2\xb7 Coordinates any updates and amendments to site intranet/SharepointHR Support\xc2\xb7 Responsible to coordinate onsite Learning and Training activities (includes logistics arrangement, planning and scheduling, management of global to local materials)\xc2\xb7 Support administration of documents and training claims preparation for audit (internal and external)\xc2\xb7 Provide other operational support and administration as assigned by supervisorPreferred Job Requirements or Experience\xc2\xb7 Keen interest to work in a biopharmaceutical industry\xc2\xb7 Experience in e-learning content development tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise 360)\xc2\xb7 Experience in Microsoft Office\xc2\xb7 Experience in photo-enhancing/video-editing software (e.g. iMovie/Photoshop/Premier Pro)\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and proactive towards job responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal and analytical skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage various stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Team PlayerLocationsSGP - Singapore - WoodlandsWorker TypeEmployeeWorker Sub-TypePaid Intern (Fixed Term) (Trainee)Time TypeFull time
