HR Intern (Recruitment)\xc2\xb7 Shortlisting and scheduling/co-ordinating candidates for interview.\xc2\xb7 Attend to candidates who are here for interview (Application form, verify documents, prepare interview assessment form).\xc2\xb7 Assessment Center - where recruiters assess a candidate via recruitment tools such as assessment tests, games and so on.\xc2\xb7 Assist in onboarding process, e.g. Schedule medical appointments, background checks, fitting & photo sessions, uniform, and safety shoes.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with various department, e.g. interview schedules, create login and loan IT requests.\xc2\xb7 Maintain database of interviewees.\xc2\xb7 Participate in various job fairs.4. HR Intern (Compensation & Benefits)\xc2\xb7 Employee Relations & Well-Being \xe2\x80\x93 e.g. Preparing employee communications and documentation, co-ordinating employee activities and programmes.\xc2\xb7 Assist in attendance management (e.g. ensure all absences are accounted, check and key in attendance in Prosoft HRIS).\xc2\xb7 Assist in payroll process (e.g. ensure OT hours and computation is in accordance to Employment Act).\xc2\xb7 Assist in Government Claims Process (e.g. NS, Maternity, Childcare Leave, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Administer Leave Management Process (e.g. approve 2-tier leave application).\xc2\xb7 Attending to employee queries.\xc2\xb7 Assist in collection of documents from HR box (located at staff canteen).\xc2\xb7 Sorting/filing of documents.5.
