The Communications Intern will be supporting the Corporate Communications team in Singapore. In this role, he or she will be working with the local Marketing communications, Corp Communications and Regional Comms Director to provide support for the marketing and communications efforts in SEAT and AMEA. This role will support the AMEA Corp Comms and SEAT MarComs Managers to assist with functional tasks including, but not limited to: writing and editing, event coordination, data analytics and other communications and administrative support tasks as assigned. Education: (Undergrad) Bachelor in Business, Marketing Communications, Communication major
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

How you will thrive and create an impact As the Communications intern, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors/ suppliers that includes:
Improving communication: You will assist in creating and managing communication materials, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. You will also support the coordination of various events, leading to improved participation and engagement.
Enhancing events management: You will help coordinate various events, such as tradeshows, conferences, roadshows, and seminars, leading to successful planning, coordination, and execution. You will also manage event calendars for India, ensuring events run smoothly and effectively.
Improving data management: You will manage customer databases and sales leads collected from offline events and other 3rd party channels, leading to better decision-making and improved marketing activities.
Contributing to the team\'s success: You will provide general administrative and communications support, ensuring the smooth running of the team\'s operations.
